FAQ Dispensers
Q: How to refill, change batteries, clean and change spray setting?

Q: The dispenser does not work after turning it on.
A:
* Make sure the batteries are installed in the proper order. The + &- on the batteries need to correspondent to the +&- on the dispenser.
* If the battery lid is damaged, the dispenser will not work.
* Make sure the sensors located underneath the dispensers are clean. If dirty it may cause mallfunction.
* Try to change the included batteries to different ones.

Q: There is no fluid coming out of the dispenser.
A:
* Make sure the dispenser is filled with the proper fluid. The dispenser is not compatible with any gel or soap, only fluids which are water thin.
* If the proper fluid is used and you hear a sound when placing your hand underneath the dispenser, contact our customer support team.
* Make sure to activate the dispensers a couple of times when using the dispenser for the first time. As the fluid needs to run through the system.

Q: The dispenser leaks after I filled it.
A:
* Make sure to use a special tap to refill the dispenser, if not used, the fluid can leak into the dispenser.
* Do not remove the reservoir filled or empty. If removed it increases the chance of leaking.

Q: The leaking tray of my dispenser falls off after placing it.
A:
* Make sure you degrease the surface before placing the leaking tray.
* Make sure to apply pressure to the tray when placing to get the descired strength.
* Do not apply pressure to the tray when placed. This causes the tray to come loose.

Q: What is the proper fluid to use in the dispenser?
A: Make sure to use a water thin fluid. We advise to order our 80% podior. It includes a convenient tap to refill.

Q: Can I use the dispenser outside?
A: The dispenser can be used outside yet if used outside we take no responsibility for damages caused by weather (rain, wind etc.).

Q: What type of batteries do I need for the dispenser?
A: We advise you to use 1.5V alkaline batteries. We include 1 set of batteries when you order our dispenser.
